Six months. Three grids. One Suzuki Swift.

The programme runs from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027. Every qualifying unit you sell earns tickets. Tickets win cash every month and go into the draw for the car at the end.

This page is the plain-English version. The full rules are in the terms and conditions, and those are what decide a dispute.

How tickets work

Tickets are earned per unit, not per rand.

Every product on the Rapoo points table is worth a set number of tickets, between 1 and 5. Sell three units of a two-ticket product and you earn six tickets. It makes no difference what the sale was worth in rand.

The points table is the complete list. A product that is not on the table on the day you sold it earns nothing.

Ticket values can change during the programme. Changes are never backdated. A sale is valued against the table in force on the date of that sale. If a product goes from two tickets to three on 3 November, a sale on 2 November earns two and a sale on 3 November earns three.

Returns cancel tickets. If an item you sold is returned, the tickets it earned are reversed by a visible correcting entry.

Tickets are not transferable and have no cash value.

Grids

There are 75 participating stores, split into three grids by size and footfall.

C34

You compete inside your grid only. Every leaderboard, every monthly draw and every monthly prize is decided within one grid. A Grid C rep is never ranked against a Grid A rep.

The grand draw is the one exception. All three grids are pooled for the car.

Your grid is set by Incredible Connection. A store that opens during the programme earns nothing until it has been given a grid, and then earns from that date forward only.

Grand prizeSuzuki SwiftOne draw from every ticket earned over the six months, all grids pooled

Every ticket is one entry in the draw. Hold seven tickets and you have seven entries.

A first-place winner is taken out of the pool before second and third are drawn. Nobody wins two cash prizes in the same month in the same grid.

The Suzuki Swift is drawn once, at the end of the programme, by an independent external financial auditor. Every ticket earned across all six months is in that draw, including tickets earned at a store that has since closed.

How growth is measured

Top salesperson and top store are the two prizes you win on performance rather than luck. They are measured on qualifying sales value in rand. Not on tickets. Not on units. Not on margin.

In the first month there is nothing to compare against, so October ranks on sales value alone. From November it ranks on growth against your own average of the months already completed.

MonthRanked on
October 2026Sales value
November 2026Growth against October
December 2026Growth against the average of October and November
January 2027Growth against the average of October to December
February 2027Growth against the average of October to January
March 2027Growth against the average of October to February

You are measured against yourself, not against the top seller in your grid. A smaller store growing steadily can beat a bigger one standing still.

Only qualifying sales count: a participating store, a rep who has completed training, and a product on the points table on the day of sale.

Once a month is closed its figures are final. Sales that arrive after a month has closed do not change that month's result and do not reopen a draw. Those sales still earn tickets, and those tickets go into the next monthly draw and into the grand draw.

Training

Nothing counts until your training is complete.

Rapoo product training is a condition of entry. Until your completion is recorded through Axonify or Siyafunda:

  • You earn no tickets.
  • You appear on no leaderboard.
  • Your own page shows no figures.

Sales you make before your training is recorded are still recorded as sales. They earn nothing, and they are not credited back to you afterwards.

Finish the training, then check your own page. Your branch manager can confirm whether your completion has come through.

FAQ

Do I earn more tickets on an expensive product? Only if the points table says so. Tickets come off the table, per unit. The rand value of the sale does not enter into it.

I sold five of the same item. What do I get? Five times that item's ticket value. A one-ticket item gives you five tickets, a three-ticket item gives you fifteen.

A product's ticket value changed. Which value do I get? The value that was in force on the day you sold it. Changes never apply backwards.

My sale is not showing. Why not? One of four reasons. The product was not on the points table that day. Your training is not recorded yet. Your store has not been given a grid. Or the sale is newer than the last weekly load, in which case it will appear next week.

Do my tickets reset every month? The monthly draw uses only that month's tickets. The Suzuki Swift draw uses every ticket you have earned across all six months. Nothing is ever taken away from your grand-draw total.

Can I win twice in one month? Not two cash prizes in the same monthly draw. A first-place winner is removed before second and third are drawn. You can win a monthly draw and the top salesperson prize in the same month, and you stay in the grand draw either way.

A customer returned an item. What happens to the tickets? They are reversed by a correcting entry, which stays visible in the record. The original entry is never deleted or edited.

Who draws the car, and when? An independent external financial auditor, once, after March 2027 closes. Every ticket from all six months and all three grids is in that draw.

How do I see my own numbers? Open My numbers on the leaderboard. It takes your employee number and your surname. It shows your sales, your tickets, your rank, your odds in this month's draw and your milestone badges, and nobody else's figures. My store shows how your store is placed in its grid, on store totals only.

What about spivs? Your store administers those, separately from this programme. They have nothing to do with tickets, the leaderboard or any prize here. Ask your store manager.

Where to raise a query

Speak to your store manager first. Every ticket ever issued is recorded in a permanent, append-only ledger that cannot be edited, so a query can always be traced back to the sale that earned it.

The full rules, including who can take part, what is excluded and how disputes are settled, are in the terms and conditions.
